2. Services

• Free Service: Users may access a limited number of chapters per week at no cost.
• Subscription Service: Paid subscribers receive monthly chapter credits, billed on a recurring basis. We may modify or update features at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method you provide.
• Pricing and available subscription tiers will be displayed at checkout.
• Applicable taxes may be charged based on your location.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Access After Cancellation: When you cancel, you retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused chapter credits, or accidental cancellations.
• Free Accounts: If you are using the free service, you may stop at any time by discontinuing use.

6. Chapter Credits

• Chapter credits are allocated monthly for active subscribers.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated in a promotional offer.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology of Moxi are owned by Open Lore AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit them without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our AI systems
• Upload, generate, or distribute harmful, offensive, or infringing material

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Moxi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Lore AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law
